Hi, I complained to Amazon and reported the buyer last June but he is still active....I even cancelled his recent order but the buyer complained to Amazon and Amazon asked me to accept his orders. My concern is not so much for defending the chargebacks because I ship with signature...but I am concern about my ODF and metrics... I feel that Amazon allows this to happen and shows a weak support for Sellers... dont know what to do next if this buyer purchases again?? Please help. Thanks!
